polite staff huge variety different countries

The staff was REALLY polite and helpful. They greeted me always and were very informative. Breakfast had a HUGE variety. I also talked with people from different countries.

There was no drinking water from taps, and I paid a VERY expensive price for water at the shop.

The staff were cute and friendly. Breakfast had a good variety.

The room's TV did not work. I complained but received no solutions. A text service only asked me to rate my stay and did not respond to my requests. The cost felt too high for what I received.

lacking lighting inflated prices

the lighting was definitely lacking (i practically needed night-vision goggles). also, the food prices was like highway robbery. i mean, fourteen fijian dollars for water? i could practically buy a small island with that kind of money. it was like i was funding their next resort expansion with every sip.

clean pool tropical surroundings cute staff special treatment limited activity remote location

the pool was big and clean with tropical surroundings. the staff were cute. they went over and above what i expected (the service was really great!).

there were limited options for activities for kids. my daughter could not do jet skiing due to her age. the hotel's location was remote. it seemed the hotel was maximizing from this situation.
